To begin your fitness journey, simply book a free intro call to schedule your initial consultation. During this session, we will discuss your fitness goals, assess your current fitness level, and tailor a personalized training and nutrition plan specifically for you.
What is the duration of a typical online session?
My training sessions typically last around 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. However, the duration may vary based on your individual needs and preferences.
Do you offer training programs on their own?
Yes! Visit the bookings page and book a session under “Personalized Strength Program.” We’ll connect on Zoom to go over your training goals.
