Hey, I’m Gage Curry—a fitness coach originally from Minneapolis, MN, and a collegiate rugby player at the University of Kentucky. My goal is to help you build confidence, strength, and sustainable progress, no matter where you’re starting.

With years of hands-on training experience and my background as Captain of the University of Kentucky Men’s Rugby Team, I emphasize structure, consistency, and accountability in every program I design. I believe real results come from simple, effective training habits applied consistently over time.
